by Officer michael pascale of the nypd first noticed joey on a cold, wet afternoon. He became patrolling a public park in his squad automobile when he located a little black doggy lurking amid the shattered beer bottles and used needles.
The dog was being held to a fence by a heavy chain around his neck, which officer pascale noticed. Joey become damp, shivering, and obviously abandoned.
“he’s simply searching up at me with these ‘assist me’ eyes,” pascale stated to the dodo. The primary issue that sprang to me became, “i had to get him out of right here.”
