Karen velazquez, sanford’s foster mom, claims he’s the happiest canine she has ever met. The dodo quoted velazquez as announcing, “i am presently on my 52nd foster, and i will truly nation that i’ve by no means had any individual as cheery as him.”
he looks at me in a manner that no other creature, now not even my personal puppies, have ever completed. Best when he’s sound asleep or ingesting does he not smile.
